When: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:30AM - 12:15PM, starting Tuesday October 4th until Thursday October 27th
How Much: $64 for all 8 sessions or $10 per drop in session!

Monica earned her NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal training certificate in 2003. As a trainer, she has worked one on one with a variety of athletes and has taught spinning, outdoor boot camp, and numerous circuit classes. She believes in working hard and pushing yourself, maintaining good form and most of all having fun. Her many interests include running, strength training, yoga, rowing and hiking.
