Circuit Class


A 45 minute circuit style total body workout with am emphasis on the core. Gain strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and balance. Ideal for athletes of all levels.

Where: Fleet Feet Maine Running - Community Room!

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00AM - 11:45PM

How Much$8 per class for a session or $10 drop in. New session starts at the beginning of each month.

Monica earned her NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) personal training certificate in 2003. As a trainer, she has worked one on one with a variety of athletes and has taught spinning, outdoor boot camp, and numerous circuit classes. She believes in working hard and pushing yourself, maintaining good form and most of all having fun. Her many interests include running, strength training, yoga, rowing and hiking.
