Are you ready to run or run/walk your first 5k? This 9-week fall session will prep you for the Turkey Trot 5k (entry not included with registration) on November 20th!

When: Mondays from 5:30-6:45pm starting on September 19th
Who: Anyone who wants to learn how to run or walk a 5k
How Much: $120 for No Boundaries I & $90 for No Boundaries II
Goal Race: 48th Maine Track Club Turkey Trot 5k (Race entry not included)

No Boundaries I
A beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking. The program is structured to help you cross the finish line in just 9-weeks using the walk/run method. Along the way, we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, weekly group training runs and educational clinics. We will cover topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, strength training, yoga for runners and avoiding injury.
No Boundaries 2
This is designed for graduates of No Boundaries 1. We'll work on extending the run/walk intervals, as well as speed work to get you a faster 5k time.
This group will include:
A training program and calendar with workouts provided to you.
Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach.
Information clinics on topics such as proper footwear, foam rolling, injury prevention and nutrition.
Encouragement for your participation from your Coach and Mentors.
The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!
