Train with us for your Spring Half, Full, and Ultra Marathons!
This group will meet every Wednesday evening from February 21st to May 9th - at 5:30pm - for a structured workout. Each member will receive a detailed training plan, a t-shirt for completing the program, and individualized advice from Coaches Matt Lunt and Tanya Holbrook. *Note: Athletes targeting the full marathon should have a solid foundation with a long run of of ~2 hours by the start of this class. Half marathoners are encouraged to have run a 10k prior to the start of class.
The target race for this program is the Maine Coast Marathon or Half Marathon. If you have signed up for a different Spring Marathon or Half Marathon that you are personally targeting, you are welcome to join and we will alter the training plan for you!
The cost of this program is $125 and will last for 12 weeks!
NEW THIS YEAR! We will be offering optional trail long runs and training advice for those signed up for the Trail Running Festival at Pineland Farms on May 26th and 27th. For any questions about this optional part of the program, please contact Tanya Holbrook at email@example.com.
