Strength and Mobility Mid-Day Workout


Strength work is critical for the longevity of a healthy body, but it is
sometimes hard to do on our own. In this functional strength class you
don't have to think about the number of reps or the next exercise, just
show up ready to work and 45 minutes later you will feel GREAT! This is
a full-body workout using bodyweight with the assistance of bands, balls
and TRX. We will focus on mobility, balance and strength and all
exercises can be adapted to one's ability.

WHEN: Monday & Thursday12pm
WHERE: Fleet Feet Community Room
WHO: For athletes of all levels
DATES: 8 weeks, October 23rd - December 18th.
COST: $140 OR $10/drop-in
