This class targets activation of running specific muscle groups and functional strength to keep the body running strong. In addition to body weight core exercises, participants will utilize the TRX Suspension training System to further address strength, power and mobility.
Class will meet on TUESDAY and THURSDAY mornings from 6:00 - 6:50AM.
