Where: Fleet Feet Maine Running on Wednesdays, 5:30pm
When: Program meets Wednesdays, 5:30 p.m. (beginning with an informational meeting and morning run for anyone considering the program on Saturday, July 23 at 8:30AM). Participants are also encouraged to join Saturday social runs at Fleet Feet in Portland. As the race approaches, we will also do two course preview runs on Sundays in September.
Who: Anyone looking to run and complete The 2015 Maine Marathon or 1/2 Marathon
How Much: $150
Goal Race: Maine Marathon or 1/2 Marathon, other fall marathons or half marathons, or for those looking to boost their aerobic fitness and PR at shorter race distances.

You can do 26.2 or 13.1! The Half/Full training program is a 12-week program designed to prepare runners for a fall half or full marathon.
About your coach:
Matt Lunt has been a passionate runner and endurance athlete since childhood and an educator and coach for the past 10 years. He is an active board member for Maine's Dirigo Racing Club and has spent the past decade helping teams and individuals of all ages reach their running goals.
