Before starting the Couch to 5K program, I was at a plateau with my weight loss. Since starting this program not only have I lost pounds and inches, but I feel the BEST I ever have in years, both physically and mentally. It’s not only about the food I put in my body, but that I have to MOVE my body. I NEVER thought I could run, but I CAN! - Thanks for getting me off the couch!


Just wanted to let you know how much I have enjoyed the Couch to 5k program. I would have never believed it would be so much fun if I hadn't tried it for myself. It has made a change in me that I can't explain and I owe it all to you and Bill. I am feeling so good about myself and looking at life differently too. I don't take it so seriously and I am enjoying every minute of every day. I enjoy the morning runs the best because they make me feel good all day. My stress level has gone down because I am so relaxed from running. Who would of thought running could make such a difference in life. I am so grateful to the two of you for this opportunity. I would have never done it on my own. I have learned a lot from you and plan to continue running. The best part is: IT IS SO MUCH FUN!!!!


Roger and Denise were amazing with their enthusiasm and support and so were members of the class...it felt great to be part of a community that cheered everyone on toward their personal goals. thanks to all of you.
